The Foresight Falcon is Foresight's ceiling-mounted launch monitor: four cameras overhead read the ball and the club face, with nothing on the floor beside the ball and room for right- and left-handed golfers to hit under it. In 2026 it is $16,999. This page gives the price, what comes in the box, the ceiling height and room it needs, how it is mounted, what Foresight's software costs each year and where GSV sends buyers. Jay Lasco, host of Golf Simulator Videos, filmed the Falcon at the 2024 PGA Show and has filmed Foresight's launch monitors since 2020.

Foresight Falcon price and what comes with it
The Falcon is $16,999 on Foresight's product page on October 8, 2026, before tax and shipping. Shop Indoor Golf had it at $16,999.99. By Foresight's page the box holds the Falcon, an automatic latching ceiling mount, a calibration wand, a power cord, an Ethernet cable, a USB to USB-C cable, two rubber tees and a club marker dispenser, with clubhead measurement included, a 2-year limited warranty and 30 days of Foresight+ Gold with Course Pass Pro. Foresight's help center says a credit card is needed to start the trial and the plan turns paid on day 30 unless you cancel. Screws for the mount are not included.

Figures are Foresight's Falcon page on October 8, 2026. Ball data: ball speed, vertical and horizontal launch angle, total spin and spin axis, and carry. Club data: club head speed, club path, angle of attack, lie and face angle at impact, smash factor, loft at impact, impact location on the face and closure rate. Foresight's manual says the zone has a club area, which reads ball and club, and a ball-only area, and that its size may vary slightly from unit to unit.
Ceiling height and room size for a Falcon
Foresight's Falcon manual asks for a ceiling of 9 ft 6 in to 10 ft 6 in, the middle of the hitting mat 4 ft from the Falcon, the mat 10 to 12 ft from the screen and room to swing for a left- and a right-handed golfer. Those figures are for the ceiling mount.
For a 5 ft 9 in golfer in a room 14 ft wide with a 10 ft ceiling and an enclosure, the GSV Sim Builder lays out a Falcon with no caution in a room 18 ft deep, and with cautions down to 16 ft 6 in. It wants a ceiling of 9 ft 6 in or more, the bottom of Foresight's range, and flags anything lower. One golfer fits from 10 ft wide with the tee off center. For a right- and a left-handed golfer on two tees under one Falcon, it asks for a room 12 ft 6 in wide: it keeps both tees inside 28 in, the smaller of the zone's two numbers, as it does wherever a maker's text does not say which way a zone runs. Put your own room in the GSV Sim Builder.
How a Falcon is mounted
- The ceiling: it has to hold at least 75 lb, by Foresight's manual. Reinforce it if it cannot.
- The screws: at least four, no more than 1/4 in across, into a ceiling joist by 1 in, with a washer recommended. With drywall anchors instead, each has to hold 50 lb. Screws are not in the box.
- Power and data: a 6 ft power cord to a GFCI-protected outlet, and an Ethernet cable from the Falcon to the PC. Foresight recommends a direct connection to the PC.
- Who: Foresight's manual asks for at least two qualified installers, and the PC has to be online for calibration.
Falcon vs GCQuad
| Falcon | GCQuad | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | $16,999 | $15,999 |
| Where it goes | Ceiling, 4 ft from the mat | Floor, 22 in from the ball |
| Hitting area | 1,652 sq in | 252 sq in |
| Left-handed golfer | Same spot | Unit moves across |
Figures are Foresight's pages on October 8, 2026. Both read the same club figures. The Falcon stays out of the way on the ceiling and stays put for a left-handed golfer. The GCQuad and QuadMAX sit on the floor, move to the other side of the ball for a left-hander and can be carried to the range.
