What the video covers
The Stack System is a swing speed training system: a training shaft that takes weights, an app that runs the programs, and a device that tracks speed. This video is about the new tracking piece, the Stack Radar, which connects to TheStack App over Bluetooth. Jay walks through what the radar does and demonstrates how it works, including ball speed.
- Hardware: five CNC-milled Stack weights fit a custom shaft and hardware, for 30 combinations used in variable inertia speed training.
- TheStack App: guided programs, timers, data entry and key metrics to track speed over time.
- Programs: Stack says its training programs adjust as the golfer's speed goes up.
- Speed tracking: the system needs a compatible speed tracking device. The Stack Radar is the one shown here, and it pairs with the app over Bluetooth.
- Stack Putting: putting practice in game form with its own analytics. At the time of the video, access to it came with the Stack System.
