The full guide: Uneekor EYE MINI and EYE MINI LITE guide

In this March 2024 video, Jay Lasco, host of Golf Simulator Videos, unboxes the Uneekor EYE MINI LITE, shows how to set it up, and gives a first look at it in use. He goes through its specifications, functions and features along the way.

What the video covers

The video runs in four parts: the unboxing, the setup, a first look at the launch monitor in use, and Jay's final thoughts. Uneekor designed the EYE MINI LITE to get golfers playing within minutes, without a complicated setup or installation, and the setup chapter walks through that process.

The description names the Uneekor technology involved: Club Optix, which captures detailed club impact, Uneekor View, the software for looking at the data in depth, and Performance Optix for training. It also lists the data the EYE MINI LITE reports:

• Ball data: ball speed, back spin and side spin, side angle, launch angle, carry distance, side total, distance to apex, apex, flight time, ball flight type, spin axis, angle of descent, run and total distance.
• Club data: club speed, attack angle, smash factor and club path.
• Spin axis: the tilt of the ball relative to its vertical axis. A positive spin axis means the ball fades or slices, and a negative one means it draws or hooks.
• Distance to apex and angle of descent: how far the ball travels before reaching the peak of its flight, and the angle at which it comes down after that peak.
• Club path: the in to out or out to in movement of the club head's center at impact, measured relative to the target line.

Where this stands now

This video is from 2024. The EYE MINI LITE's current price, its data and how it compares with the EYE MINI are in the Uneekor EYE MINI and EYE MINI LITE guide, and the rest of the Uneekor lineup is in the Uneekor golf simulator guide.

The GSV Sim Builder places a launch monitor in your room at its real distance, with the screen, the mat and the golfer, and checks the fit.
