What the video covers
This is a short interview from the show, under seven minutes. Justin from Rapsodo Golf walks Jay through the MLM2PRO updates Rapsodo was talking about at the January 2024 show:
- Swing speed training: a swing speed training feature for the MLM2PRO.
- Titleist Pro V golf balls: news involving Titleist Pro V balls.
- Golf simulator software: updates to the MLM2PRO's simulator software.
The description also sums up the MLM2PRO as Rapsodo presented it at the time: a mobile launch monitor and golf simulator that pairs two cameras with radar, works on iOS and Android, and has full functionality indoors and outdoors. Its Shot Vision camera records a swing video with a shot trace on every shot, and its 240 fps Impact Vision camera captures the ball at impact, which the MLM2PRO uses to measure spin rate and spin axis. Rapsodo lists 13 metrics, 6 of them measured. For simulation, Rapsodo offered Rapsodo Range, a virtual driving range, and Rapsodo Courses, and the MLM2PRO also worked with simulator software including E6 CONNECT and Awesome Golf.
