Prices are Shop Indoor Golf's product pages on October 8, 2026, before tax. Each iO edition comes with its first year of software. Shop Indoor Golf lists the Trackman 4's software subscription in the box without saying for how long, so ask whether the first year comes with it. The iO comes with its calibration board and accessories, the mounting plate, the ceiling bracket and screws, and the power cable. Shop Indoor Golf's Trackman 4 page gives $25,495 in its description and $25,995 as the listed price. The Commercial Edition, for simulator businesses, is $23,995 too.
Trackman's own page lists a Golf Simulator Tech Package from $19,290, with the Home software $700 a year after the first year: an iO, a PC, a 22 in touchscreen and a projector, for a room that already has an enclosure.

The yearly prices and what each tier includes are Trackman's help center, updated June 22, 2026. The course, game and club data counts are Trackman's iO page, which gives 500 and more courses for Home Complete in one place and 550 and more in another. Bought new at Shop Indoor Golf, the iO with Complete is $10,000 more than with Home. To move an iO already on Home up to Home Complete later, Trackman lists $10,500 one time, with the higher yearly subscription. The yearly software is what to plan for: the four renewals in the first five years of Home Complete come to $4,400.

The iO's first year of software comes with it, by Shop Indoor Golf's page, so the second year is the first renewal. The Trackman 4 adds its software at $1,100 a year on top of $25,995. None of these totals includes an enclosure, a screen, a PC or a projector.
Trackman iO: ceiling height and room size
The iO is calibrated for one of three heights, measured from the turf to the ceiling, by Trackman's height guide:

The Low height is for the standard iO, and the guide names the iO DUO for the Mid and High heights. Trackman's setup guide gives 9 ft 4 in as the minimum room height, the same as the bottom of the Mid range, and Shop Indoor Golf lists 9 ft 4 in to 10 ft, so the Low range is the one to confirm with Trackman for a low ceiling. Trackman gives the hitting zone as about 24 x 16 in, asks for a tee area at least 6 ft deep and 5 ft wide, and puts the tee at least 8 ft 2 in from the screen, 10 ft recommended.
For a 5 ft 9 in golfer in a room 14 ft wide with a 10 ft ceiling and an enclosure, the GSV Sim Builder lays out an iO with no caution in a room 17 ft deep. Down to 15 ft 6 in it still fits, with a caution about the room behind the golfer. Its ceiling check passes from 9 ft. For a right- and a left-handed golfer on two tees under one iO it asks for a room 13 ft 6 in wide, keeping both tees inside 16 in, the smaller of the zone's two numbers. Trackman 4: room size
By Trackman's help center, the Trackman 4 goes 6 ft to 9 ft 6 in behind the ball, 7 ft optimal, with 10 ft from the ball to the screen at the least and 12 ft optimal, a ceiling of 9 ft at the least and 11 ft optimal, and 1 ft of space behind the screen. Shop Indoor Golf recommends a room at least 20 ft deep and gives the hitting zone as 5 ft deep by 11.8 in wide.
In a room 14 ft wide with a 10 ft ceiling and an enclosure, the GSV Sim Builder lays out a Trackman 4 with no caution in a room 18 ft deep. Down to 17 ft 6 in it still fits, with a caution, with the unit behind the golfer.
Trackman iO or Trackman 4
- A room built for the simulator: the iO. It hangs out of the way on the ceiling, so nothing sits behind the golfer, and it costs less than a Trackman 4. It needs the ceiling height in the table above, and it is an indoor unit.
- Indoors and outdoors: the Trackman 4. A radar that also goes to the range. Indoors it needs a deeper room than the iO: 6 to 9 ft 6 in behind the ball and at least 10 ft in front of it.
