GOLF LAUNCH MONITOR REVIEW – PRGR BLACK vs UNEEKOR EYE XO ? (WOW)
The review of the PRGR Launch Monitor vs the UNEEKOR EYE XO honestly surprised us. I would expect a unit that costs $200 to have quite a few misses and it really seemed to hold it’s own outside of a few misses we encountered. I think that the PRGR Launch Monitor can hold a great value to golfers looking for a launch monitor that will work in a small space and provide decent feedback of carry distance so wedges and irons can be dialed in for approach shots. I would be happy to answer and question you may have about the PRGR Black and encourage you to comment below to let me know what you think.
The new PRGR Black Pocket Launch Monitor is inexpensive, super accurate (it uses Doppler Radar! ), and incredibly easy to use. It’s battery powered – just turn it on, place it on the ground, and hit. Weighs only 4. 4 ounces with batteries included (that’s lighter than average smartphone! ). Simple – gives you only the key stats you need. Comes with Batteries, User Manual, and Carry Pouch. Works with other sports you or your loved ones play including tennis, baseball (pitch speed and bat speed), soccer and hockey.
How the PRGR Golf Launch Monitor Works
The PRGR Portable Launch monitor calculates the estimated distance of a flight
based on large volumes of practice swing data accumulated by PRGR.
・ The estimated distance of flight is the carry
flight distance calculated using measured
ball speed and the average angle of swing
and amount of spin for each numbered club.
・ Depending on the club that you are using,
discrepancies may arise between the
estimated distance of flight and the actual
distance travelled by the ball.
・ The estimate does not take the directionality
of a hit ball into consideration.
The PRGR Measures Clubhead Speed, Ball Speed, Smash Factor, Carry Distance, and Total distance.

Clubface strike is one of the most important variables in golf consistency. Where on the face
you hit the ball affects: launch, spin, spin axis, distance, and club fitting. One way to develop a
consistent club face strike is understanding exactly where you hit it. The Club OPTIX allows you
to see where you exactly strike the ball on the face and gives you a visual example of adjustments
necessary to improve consistency.
